Pipsnote lets you log and review trades, track statistics over a calendar, and run backtesting "seasons" against historical market data. Features, pricing (if any), and availability may change over time, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.
The Service is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. We do not act as a broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Any market data, statistics, or backtesting results shown in the Service are provided "as is" and may contain errors, gaps, or inaccuracies. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making trading or investment decisions.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, notes, images, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not sell it.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any law or third party's rights.

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Pipsnote and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, such as Google Firebase, for authentication and data storage, and may reference third-party historical market data sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPSNOTE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pipsnote harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app or email notification) where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
If you access the Service from the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with its own consumer-protection or data-privacy laws, this governing-law clause does not remove any statutory rights or protections you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of your home jurisdiction.
